Please click on your current provided service below to view our updating service structure:
Speech Pathology Service Structure applicable from July 21st 2025:
- Therapy time: Will increase to 45 minutes
- Prep/administration/documentation: Will reflect 15 minutes out of the more substantial time typically required before and after the therapy session.
- Travel time: Where applicable, travel time will be billed in alignment with the NDIS price structure from 1st July 2025. (If you are not currently billed for travel costs, this will not likely apply to you.)
- Overall cost: Will increase to the NDIS standard 60 minute rate of $193.99 —reflecting the actual face-to-face, preparation and follow-up time. Where applicable, travel time will be in addition to this cost.
This structure is consistent with standard billing across the allied health sector.
Why This Is Necessary
- Operational costs to run an allied health practice continue to rise, but the NDIS has frozen price limits for the 6th consecutive year.
- Sustainability: Ensures we can retain skilled clinicians and continue offering consistent, quality therapy without cutting services.
- Accuracy: Aligns our charges with the real time and resources invested.
- Quality: Allows our clinicians to maintain the high-quality, face-to-face therapy that we have been known for over the last 20 years and deliver clinically sound documentation.
