Is not able to sing simple songs (eg Twinkle Twinkle, Baa Baa Black Sheep)

Is not easily understood by family members and friends

Gets frustrated by not being understood

Is not using 2 to 4 word phrases

Doesn’t have a vocabulary of about 450 words (by the end of 2)

Doesn’t have a range of words in their vocabulary, including verbs (action words such as run, walk, jump, blow, open) and basic concepts (big/small, hot/cold, in/out, wet/dry etc)

Is not following 2 step instructions such as “Take off your socks and put them in your hamper.”
